The Progression Method

Rehab that doesn't stop
at "good enough"

01Assess

We define the limitation against the life or sport it's blocking — not just the sore spot.

02Restore

Recover usable motion and calm symptoms with hands-on, one-on-one care.

03Rebuild

Progressively load strength, control, and capacity toward your real demands.

04Prove

Retest against objective benchmarks for your sport or your life. No guessing.

05Perform

Graduate into training with the same team — instead of disappearing at discharge.

Golf Progression

  • Golf Body-Swing Assessment
  • 4 / 8 / 12-session performance builds
  • Quarterly progression checkpoints

Golf Progression

Play more golf,
with less of the ache

Your swing is a full-body movement problem — hips, spine, shoulders, and balance working in sequence. When one link is stiff or weak, something else pays for it: your back, your elbow, your distance.

The Golf Body-Swing Assessment
  • TPI-informed movement screen mapped to your swing
  • Strength, mobility, and rotation testing with numbers
  • A prioritized plan: what to treat, what to train, what to leave alone
  • A written report you can share with your teaching pro

How care works here

A clear model,
with no surprises

Out-of-network, on purpose

We work for you, not an insurance quota — that's what makes full-session, one-on-one care possible.

We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and many plans reimburse a portion depending on your deductible and terms. HSA/FSA typically apply.

Know before you book

Session structure, typical plan length, and exactly what's included — walked through on your free 15-minute fit call before you commit to anything.

No prepaid packages required. Your plan is a clinical recommendation, never a sales quota.

Quick answers

Before you ask

Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No — Massachusetts allows direct access to physical therapy. You can book an evaluation today; if anything we find needs a physician, we'll tell you and coordinate.
Do you take my insurance?
We're out-of-network, which is how we protect full-session one-on-one care. You'll get a superbill to submit for reimbursement, and HSA/FSA funds typically apply. We'll walk through the specifics on your fit call.
What happens on the first visit?
A comprehensive one-on-one evaluation with your DPT: history, movement testing, hands-on assessment — and you leave with a written plan and a first treatment, not just a schedule.
I'm not in pain — can I still train here?
Yes. Performance training and the Golf Progression program are open to people who want clinical-grade coaching before problems start, and to graduates who want to keep progressing.

Fifteen minutes.
Zero commitment.

Tell us what's going on. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit — and what the plan would look like.
